Stephen Sutton (Hud)
A native of
New Orleans, Louisiana, Stephen always thought his first love was
singing. He started singing in the church choir at the age of seven. He
then went on to sing in a Junior High School choir, where he received
awards for Section Leader, Student Director, and Best Male Vocalist. In
1995, Stephen began enrolling in drama and communications courses.
During the course of this class his passion for acting strengthened. In
his first stage performance, he held the leading role as Justin in a
stage play called "Black Boy". After starring in the leading role in his
first play, Stephen realized acting was really his first love. Stephen
continued his acting career at Kennedy Senior High. While being featured
in a stage drama called "Why Wait" Stephen had the opportunity to
portray the lead role of Tye. This play reflected sexual immortality and
the constant swarm of the S.T.D.'s on today's college campuses. Knowing
that acting and singing is the will of God in his life, he also knows
that he has to put and keep God first in everything he does. Stephen's
resume contains television and film credits such as: extra and stand in
for Guy Tory in "Run Away Jury" staring Dustin Hoffman and Gene Hackman
and "Ray (Unchain My Heart)" starring Jamie Foxx; featured bartender in
"Lady Luck"; and a principle role as Donald in the Independent Film "Get
Yours" produced by Kane and Able.
